Ratings and reviews

The app has been helpful for myself being a first time grower. After getting to know it a little bit there are definitely some things that I would change or make a little simpler. Mainly the fact that you have to purchase the grow kit in order to get help and support. I plugged my brand new grow box in and of course wanted to test things out before I just tossed a plant in it, that started my subscription time and clearly being a mistake, I was told that I couldn't get the time credited at all.

For what we paid for this grow box and how much you have to count on the app for everything, this app might be the worst ever. First of all, half the time it won't load and times out. Even changing the password doesn't help. If you get the app to work, you get zero tech support. I've been asking why my dial doesn't display anything like it's supposed to. Doesn't work with voice recognition either. Right now I'm locked out of the unit because I can't log in.

The app doesn't do anything but sell you things and literature on the box and how to grow weed. I feel like I spent way too much money on this box for me to not be able to control the intensity of the light. Also when my box arrived it was dented and a piece of the wooden portion was cracked. Shouldn't need subscription if you don't need support.
