A similar application does not exist under this world They don't do anything useful for humans with every update every day so why such an application. The features that you get when you apply today are not available in the next update, it's just an application that makes it very difficult to work.

Expect to get lots of errors, i've been using their service for almost 2 years now. There is a lot of erros, once, they took 3 months just to fix " is writing mesaage " that somehow missing. and now, everyweek, we encounter errors message not sent, account suddenly not verified, cannot login for days and the worse thing, if you tried to contact them they will direct you to whatsapp, but in whatsapp you get directed back again to website, and there you go, goes in circles.

I was a customer for 2 years. the phone app has a lot of bugs, like it somtimes switch to a different chat for no reason, making you send the message to the wrong customer. also, some messages won't show untill you restart the app. also they keep nudging with promotion popups on a weekly basis (i am a paying customer! i expect zero ads). i have certainly lost customers because of this app. also their support team is hard to reach. also you can´t x2 audio. i swiched to respond.io (no relations)
