Unwinding Anxiety has been life changing. I work in higher education as an instructional designer. This is an extraordinarily well designed program. Each module scaffolds well to build both knowledge and confidence, and increase my ability to make progress. The program is supported by additional tools, an active community, and direct access to Dr Brewer in a weekly zoom meeting. I have committed to using the app for a year. The progress I have made in only three months is profound.

It's frustrating that you can't do more than one lesson per day at first, but the one-per-day approach does seem to help over time. The lessons have all been well presented and the material is very helpful. I particularly like the optional reminders that can be set to pop up throughout the day. It really helps solidify the material learned through very brief practice sessions (typically 10 to 30 seconds each). No matter how busy my day gets, I can usually work that it. This program works!

This is app is excellent. I started using this to manage anxiety and stress and it helped immensely (even through sporadic use). I made progress in spurts and maintained the practice in between. After some months, it had a pronounced effect on my anxiety. I regretted canceling my subscription recently as it had served me so well, but I'd stopped using it frequently (but only for making a habit of all of its teachings). I'd expect their other apps to be as impactful.
