Terrible app. It doesn't send electronic verification codes to your email or phone number and when you click the link to have the code again, it does not work. Complete waste even after reinstall. I have to physically go to the store to change my plan, even though the app says you can do it from there. Why have an app at all?

I'm not sure how this app has anything higher than a 1-2 star rating. For starters, biometrics do not work for me. Once logged in, after hard resetting the app a few times, it will show you information as long as you don't select the other options. Once you do, you're forced to restart the app again and pray it does not say service error when trying to log in.

This App does not work at all. The developer should do at least 10 minutes of testing. Horrible. From the very first page, the app does not accept my phone number, the userid process does not work. Each time you log in the app goes through the same process that was already done. It is a bad app.
