Most of the time it works but for some reason it stopped letting me login with biometricsbl. Majority of the time it says that I'm not close enough to the house even if I'm standing inside. Some places I can't use the app at all especially if I'm working in a facility and trying to clock in and out. Should be able to see accumulated hours over the week or pay period.

Getting "server issues" no matter what I do. I have re installed the app, changed emails I'm using. double checked passwords. We even re created the profile in clear care and I am still receiving server issues. only thing I can think of is trouble communicating with my phone. I have a Note 9. But even when it would let me log in it has always been very buggy.

I have had nothing BUT problems with this program. I even bought a new phone with more memory and it has not helped at all. The problem started when I would chart a nursing action and try to submit the statement it would disappear. I learned, finally, if I followed the disappearing statement with 'see attached' then submitted that, the original entry would sometimes reappear. Then, recently, as I would try to enter a nursing note the app takes forever to post the note if at all.
