I can't login to see client's info. This has happened on several occasions. The calendar may pop up but there's the circle that keeps spinning and spinning and the info never loads. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. I've logged out and logged back in. It's been several days now and I'm still unable to access viable information.

Getting "server issues" no matter what I do. I have re installed the app, changed emails I'm using. double checked passwords. We even re created the profile in clear care and I am still receiving server issues. only thing I can think of is trouble communicating with my phone. I have a Note 9. But even when it would let me log in it has always been very buggy.

A complete waste of space! You are rarely able to clock in and out. I can be standing in my clients home and it will say to far from client to clock in/out or location unknown. Also it only shows current and future shifts. It needs to show past shifts & total hours worked for pay period. Thats something it definitely needs to have.Please make an option to change the view from weekly to monthly. The app really needs to be more useful, add more tools so we can track our schedules and hours better.
