Keep the records a lash, brow or PMU tech actually needs, on her own phone.
LashProof holds three things for every client: the patch test, the lash map, and
what she signed. It works offline, with no account and no sign in.
WHAT IT DOES
Patch test due dates, scoped to the product
Every client carries a state you can read at a glance: valid, due soon, expired,
re-test needed, awaiting read, never tested, or reaction on file. It is worked
out for the product the next appointment will use, because a client tested on
your adhesive has not been tested for a tint.

Log a test while she is still in the chair and LashProof works out the earliest
appointment it can support, at both 24 and 48 hours, so you can book her before
she leaves. There is no single figure for a lead time, so it shows both and
leaves the choice to you.
A result that was never read is never a pass
A pending test reads as awaiting a read, not as a clear one. So does a clear
result with no read-back time on it.
Lash maps you can see
Tap a zone on the eye and set the length and the curl. The diagram redraws as
you go, so you can reproduce a set months later instead of reading five numbers
off a list. Three starting shapes, and you edit from there.
Consent and signature
Your own wording, signed on screen. What she signs is copied into her record at
the moment she signs it, so editing your template later never changes a consent
already given.
Treatment history
Service, product and batch number, tint shade, duration, price and retention
notes, with before and after photographs.
Reaction on file
Sticky, and LashProof never clears it on its own. It survives a backup and
restore.
Fill reminders
From your own cycle, not a number we picked. A client who has not been back for
a while comes off the list rather than nagging you forever.
Client record export
A PDF of the whole card: tests, treatments, maps, consents and photographs.
Backup and restore
Write a backup file whenever you like, on any tier, so a lost phone never costs
you a client record.
Ten languages
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean
and Simplified Chinese.
