Booked a boat through the app, it was fairly straightforward and seemed to be a great service. But then the trip couldn't go ahead because of the weather, person who owned the boat was apologetic and agreed to refund through the app. Click&Boat refunded me minus their fee. from €229 I only received €170 back. why does the boat owner have to refund 100% and they keep such a large fee for nothing? you can get better deals going directly to the boat rental companies in the ports and they'll refund

Poor app. Filter function doesn't work. Despite putting a filter for boats under 500 USD/day, it keeps showing results for pricier boats. And as soon as I set a minimum boat length (even at 5ft!), it shows "no results". Geographical filter is a mess too: for example, a boat in Corfù is shown as available in "Greece", but not in the "Ionian Islands"... Good idea. Abysmal implementation.

The app messaging is constantly bugging it's a nightmare!! impossible to read a goddamn message, can you please fix this??
