This review is regarding to click&boat and not there sub-contractors which do a pretty fine work. The website doesn't work on non mobile devices with a 403 error. No customer support at all. I would consider click&boat as a fancy scam even if I had booked a very nice boat trip. But everything else then their sub-contractors are a hoax. Don't use them, if you have an issue you are just lost...

Click&Boat works great. Quick response from owners, good messaging, decent search. Great!

A week ago, just after I had made the final payment for a boat that I had reserved, I received an email from Click&Boat which said that the boat owner had cancelled due to technical reasons. I have asked for my money back but they say that the boat owner has my money and they don't know when I can have it back. So I emailed them again explaining that I can't make a new reservation until I have the money and if they could tell me when...but then they just ignored me.
