It's a good app but the issue I have is your filters will randomly be reset. I have to go in, choose all our accounts. The zones and more every single time I login there's only been 1 time I logged in and all my filters were the same... please for the love of God fix this. Takes me 5minutes each time the filters reset to reselect all our accounts. Sometimes this happens 4 or 5 times a night

I work out in the field and it's very important that my tools work reliably and efficiently. The problem I have with clearplan is 1. It's constantly logging me out. 2. After being logged out it changes all of my settings back to default. 3. If I have an account pulled up and my screen switches from portrait to landscape it takes me back to the map. All of these little things add up and it is very frustrating when I'm trying to be quick at an account.

the recent update does not include an accurate list of my area law enforcement agencies. causes conflict when marking a unit repossessed. also would be better in my opinion to give the agent the ability to mark the unit repossessed first without placing a report number. that allows agent to utilize his/time to get the unit to secure location without having to stop an wait for police dispatchers to take the report.
