With the ClinicSense app, you can manage your business from anywhere, highlights include:

ONLINE SCHEDULING
With ClinicSense, your calendar is accessible from anywhere, which is especially convenient when you’re out of the office. You can check your schedule, add new appointments, schedule some time off, and reschedule/cancel appointments while on the go.

Plus, you can add online scheduling to your own website; including the option to ask clients to prepay for their appointment (or just hold their credit card number to reserve their time slot).

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
No-shows can mean $50 to $150 in lost revenue. Our text & email reminders are sent automatically and help clients remember they have an appointment coming up so they don’t forget to show up.

CLIENT FILES & INTAKE FORMS
ClinicSense emails a secure, online intake form to new clients to fill out before coming to your office, then automatically uploads it to the client’s file. From the app, you can view client contact information, their intake form, and history of appointments.

INVOICING, PAYMENTS, & EMAILED RECEIPTS
With ClinicSense, your invoices are automatically created for you. Simply mark the invoice as paid then email the receipt from within the app.

Super convenient to have right on my phone. It has had an error that comes up some times about there being error loading it but then it works just slowly. I wish it had more of the manuverablity of the website however I understand that most apps are a pared down version of the sites they are mimicking. In the end the convenience is what the app is all about.

Not a particularly user friendly app. As a practicioner, even with a paid account, you can't access or do everything that you need to do on the app. Sometimes I have to open a browser to accomplish a task bc it's not available in the app - and even if it was, the app will allow me to log in, do one thing, and then crashes and needs to restart. ClinicSense itself is great booking software that I'm enjoying using for my business but the app is trash.

Customer support has been very good with communication. I dislike being kicked out of the app because I use my phone's back button rather than the app's. My biggest issue that I guess cannot be fixed is not receiving push notifications. I did in the past, now I don't. My other peeve is having to sign into my email account to see if someone has scheduled an appointment. If this continues I may switch to a regular appointment program as clients call or text anyway, so why pay monthly.
