-How much does it cost per order?
All orders are charged per bag; each bag is $20-25. A bag is either our supplied ClothesLyne laundry bag or any tall 13-gallon kitchen garbage bag. The bag holds approximately 20 pounds of laundry; that's less than 1$ a pound!

-Who does the Laundry?
The ClothesLyner you select! ClothesLyners are real people from your neighborhood. They enjoy doing laundry, and because they are local, they are invested in doing a good job. Prior to their first order, all ClothesLyners are vetted through a background check, trained in best laundry practices and customer expectations, and required to complete a test order. What is our Turnaround time?
We offer both 24-Hour and 48-hour Deliveries.

There are a number of pick-up and delivery windows ClothesLyne is completely customizable to your schedule.

Ratings and reviews

I have been using this service for almost a year now and had no problems until December. Now almost every order is either not picked up until I notify them or is picked up days after the pickup day. I can't do laundry myself at the moment or I'd cancel. The people who clean the laundry are great but I'm sick of every order being days after it's supposed to when I pay the extra for one day service. When I brought up compensation I was told "sorry for the inconvience" and thats that. 🫠

I have my own massage therapy practice and keeping up with the laundry is the WORST PART!!! Very thankful to have found a service that is so flexible. I set my laundry outside the office doors, it gets picked up and returned within 2 days all folded and I just saved myself 3-4 hours that I could be with clients. absolutely worth it

ETA: Camdyn got back to me. App is being updated to allow modifying tips and I got a refund of accidental sales tax collected on my tips when paid by phone. I have been super impressed with the Clotheslyne service and definitely rate that 10/10. My only complaint is with the app. There is no way to modify the tip or even to tip if you accidentally rate a clotheslyner without the tip. I've done it twice now (don't try and rate before morning coffee!) and end up having to call Customer Service.
