Website build and hosting has been perfect, the team responsive. But the billing team has just sent inaccurate instructions and told me not to be frustrated, so I have to warn others. For one month Cloudbeds couldn't log me in. Their directions for putting listings on other OTAs such as VRBO and Agoda were wrong, so that I had to list 8 houses over and over. I have refunds for their billing mistakes, and I can't use any financial info because they can't record any payment from OTAs. Avoid.

I often get “400 Bad Request – ID token invalid” errors, which log me out repeatedly. After re-logging in, it sometimes opens the full web version, which is hard to read on a mobile screen. This makes it difficult to quickly check reservations or housekeeping when I’m away from the office. I hope the developers can improve login stability and mobile usability so the app can better serve its purpose.

Terrible experience! The app crashes unexpectedly and closes no matter what you’re doing or where you are, even in the middle of important work. I even tried installing it on another phone, but the same issue persists. Honestly, there’s nothing here worth reviewing!
