Ordered baby formula food and the experience is horrible in delivering the item. It has been one month since I reported that the logistics never delivered the order and asked for a refund. till date no one took it seriously and their support team says we have initiated refund from past 15 days but never credited in my account. Support is the worst and they play with our money. Please do not place any orders. This is my sincere request.

There seems to be some issue with the app. When I open the app, there's a dot and star on the top left corner and the page is black. I can see everything in background but nothing's working. Tried uninstalling and then installed again but same issue. Seems the feedback page is not loading. Get it rectified

Pathetic experience.I went to hospital by taking appointment through visit app.They forced to do registration through their app and forced me to pay registration fee to the hospital.Why should I pay if I did registration by myself?Will try to avoid going again to cloudnine network.Wow even there website is not secured.
