Very disappointing experience with the hospital's management. Despite having a prior appointment, I had to wait for more than two hours without any proper explanation or updates. The appointment system seems poorly managed and does not respect patients' time. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering a better-managed hospital instead of Cloudnine.

Not able to book medicine through pharmacy. It shows please enter valid details, when the address is valid. I tried with my address and my parents house, it's the same error. No response through WhatsApp customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This rating is for the workers who's contacts we have been given to contact in case of need or emergency, they never never never respond. we saw in front of us they kept the phone ringing even when reception people are available. I'm just disappointed
