My experience with the Cloudnine app and hospital services was not satisfactory. Patients are asked to download the app and pay ₹150 just for registration. After that, every doctor visit, including follow-ups, costs around ₹1000. The process feels very business-oriented. Most interactions are handled by staff managing appointments rather than direct doctor access. Patients are also encouraged to buy products from the hospital itself. Overall, the system feels more focused on revenue than patient

The staff of indrapuram are very pathetic. I have requested for scan film they have told our printer is not working. when I asked for a soft copy they said they are sending but it's around 2 days they haven't. even they haven't uploaded on application. even the emergency person whom I contacted said staff isn't picking up the call.

They promised medical delivery in 2 hours. even after 5 hours my order was not confirmed. no one gives anything. i ordered there only because those medicines were not available outside. The pharmacy in cloud nine is the worst in hospital and online
