There seems to be some issue with the app. When I open the app, there's a dot and star on the top left corner and the page is black. I can see everything in background but nothing's working. Tried uninstalling and then installed again but same issue. Seems the feedback page is not loading. Get it rectified

There is a bug when the app is opened. There is a thin black layer with a white circle and star. You will not be able to close that and use the app. You will have to uninstall the app, reinstall it and only then you can use it properly. Hopefully the developers are aware of this

very unfair that the hospital is forcing patients to dow load and install this app on the phone, only then can the child meet the doctor. prescription is also given on the app instead of the regular paper. pathetic customer service overall.
