Tried to scan QR code in the restaurant, but it "wasn't working". Kept receipt to add points manually, got 2 different receipts for 2 different orders, neither receipt ID would give me points; I had over $50 on one of those receipts. On my second order, after failing to use the QR code, I gave my phone number, but the points were still never put on my account. Not really sure why a reward app was created if you can't actually earn any points from the THREE different options you have.

App not very useful. Employees do not know how to redeem rewards most of the time. Points do not show up when scanning the barcode in the store most of the time. Also will not post points if you try to enter the receipt number. If you want to use the app for the loyalty program your just wasting uour time and asking for a headache. As of 10/29 still unable to claim points

I was really excited for Penn Station to jump on board with a rewards system and app. However this is probably one of the worst apps I've ever tried to use, I say try because it NEVER works. The app is useless. The stores don't have any way to scan your QR to give you points, the ReceiptID that they tell you to enter doesn't ever work. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because if it were to work like its supposed to then it would be user friendly.
