Loyalty rewards or promo codes almost never work in the app. You have to go to the website for them to work, but if you already tried to use the code on the app, the website will tell you that the code is already being used in a other transaction. No matter how many times you empty your cart on the app, it will never fix it. Genuinely one of the worst fast food apps that there is. 0/10

App not very useful. Employees do not know how to redeem rewards most of the time. Points do not show up when scanning the barcode in the store most of the time. Also will not post points if you try to enter the receipt number. If you want to use the app for the loyalty program your just wasting uour time and asking for a headache. As of 10/29 still unable to claim points

I was really excited for Penn Station to jump on board with a rewards system and app. However this is probably one of the worst apps I've ever tried to use, I say try because it NEVER works. The app is useless. The stores don't have any way to scan your QR to give you points, the ReceiptID that they tell you to enter doesn't ever work. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because if it were to work like its supposed to then it would be user friendly.
