would not allow myself to add a credit card for payment. I tried during checkout then went back to profile to add one that way and neither way allowed it. also every time I went out of my order then went back to the order tab I had to complete my entire order again. mind you this is my first time trying to use the app and it is so behind compare to all other fast food apps I'm just not going to come to Penn station as much due to this issue when I can easily order from other restaurant apps

Loyalty rewards or promo codes almost never work in the app. You have to go to the website for them to work, but if you already tried to use the code on the app, the website will tell you that the code is already being used in a other transaction. No matter how many times you empty your cart on the app, it will never fix it. Genuinely one of the worst fast food apps that there is. 0/10

app is problematic. i made the order, payed for the order, got the confermation email, confirmed the store. the store never got it and had to remake it. instead of having it ready whem i got there, i was expected to order and pay again until i made it clear that was not happening. also, no way to canxel order if this happens.
