I was excited to try this since a new location opened, especially with how expensive their subs are. But this app is a disaster. Slow, buggy, and signup barely works (fields not clickable). Then it won’t let you pick a location, saying none offer pickup… even though there are. Address and map both fail. Great food, terrible app. Honestly embarrassing for 2026.

Loyalty rewards or promo codes almost never work in the app. You have to go to the website for them to work, but if you already tried to use the code on the app, the website will tell you that the code is already being used in a other transaction. No matter how many times you empty your cart on the app, it will never fix it. Genuinely one of the worst fast food apps that there is. 0/10

I was really excited for Penn Station to jump on board with a rewards system and app. However this is probably one of the worst apps I've ever tried to use, I say try because it NEVER works. The app is useless. The stores don't have any way to scan your QR to give you points, the ReceiptID that they tell you to enter doesn't ever work. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because if it were to work like its supposed to then it would be user friendly.
