Calligraphy Practice turns any word — a name, a vow, a quote, a gift tag — into a traceable calligraphy worksheet in seconds. There is no fixed alphabet to memorize and no per-letter paywall: type what you actually want to letter, and the app builds a worksheet around it, ready to trace right on your screen.

Pick a lettering style and Calligraphy Practice draws your word as a faint ghost over a real ruled guideline grid — baseline, x-height, cap-height and descender lines, with slant guides set to that style's own angle. Trace it with your finger, and the app measures how closely you followed the guides: how much of the word your ink covers, how well you stayed inside the writing band, and — for slanted styles — how consistent your angle was. Reach the accuracy bar and the session counts toward your streak. One stray scribble no longer earns a practice day; real tracing does.
