Coffee Brewing is the brew journal for home baristas who want every cup to be repeatable. Log a V60, Chemex, AeroPress, espresso, cold brew or four other methods in seconds, tap how it tasted, and get one concrete change for tomorrow's cup — not another guess.

THE LOOP
Every brew you log — dose, water, grind, temperature, time — saves straight to a detail screen with a free dial-in hint built in. Pick sour, bitter, weak, astringent, strong or balanced and the app names the one thing to change next, pulled from a curated troubleshooting table, not invented on the spot. "Log again" pre-fills the same recipe so tomorrow's cup starts exactly where today's left off. Free, unlimited, on every brew you ever log — a paper notebook has never told you what to fix.

ESPRESSO, TREATED AS FIRST-CLASS
Most brew logs are pour-over only. Coffee Brewing goes further for the espresso side: enter dose in, yield out and shot time, and it works out your brew ratio and flow rate, classifies the shot against the classic window for ristretto, normale or lungo, and returns one plain-language grind instruction — finer, coarser, or you're in the window. It's a real specialty-coffee read on the shot, the kind of distinction a generic pour-over log can't express.

WATCH YOURSELF DIAL IN
Pro unlocks a per-bean convergence chart: plot your ratio and your rating for one bean and one method, oldest brew to newest, and see whether your ratio spread is actually tightening — or still drifting. It's the difference between a pile of logged brews and proof that you're converging on a repeatable recipe for that specific bag of beans.
