Since Android 10, Google blocks apps from reading the clipboard in the background. No clipboard manager can bypass this. Clipboard+ saves what you copied the moment it becomes active — when you open the app, tap the floating panel, or use the widget. To capture without switching apps, select the text and tap Clipboard+ in the selection menu. This is an Android restriction, not a bug.

it's peak with premium, worth for every I wanted it for, absolutely perfect. a bit pricey, but one-time purchase for an app that covers practically every base of what I'm looking for is a price I'm willing to pay. – edit: recently the new windows update is genuinely the exact thing i was looking for but setting up a Google API or whatever to sync is genuinely ridiculously intuitive and obnoxious, exactly what i want and a live sync with out the headache would be nice.

The adds are really the only bad thing besides the automatic "layer on top" features in you're settings that makes it have a notification every time you open the app. But that's an easy fix overall its an alright app.

What's not to like about the app? It saves text from anywhere, images that have been copied. Copied items can be given a title, which can be helpful when copying phone numbers. Clips can be moved to groups for easy sorting. Best of all it has a floating overlay, which allows access to clips from anywhere. If that wasn't all, add widget to the home screen for often used clips is quick. Did I say what not to like, well if the overlay is closed, it doesn't remember it's last position when reopened.
