• Verify pickup authorisation — scan the parent or guardian's QR code to confirm they're allowed to collect
• Flag unauthorised pickup attempts and record the reason
• Browse children by group — see who is assigned where and who their group leader is
• View each child's profile: photo, age, blood type, medical info, and emergency contacts at a glance

No Wi-Fi on the playground? No problem.
The app downloads a full data snapshot at the start of the day. Every scan is stored on your device and automatically synced to the server the moment your connection returns — so attendance is never interrupted.
