Live Health & Performance Tracking
Cogeter seamlessly integrates with Health Connect to sync your live training metrics. Monitor your real-time heart rate, active calories burned, daily steps, and sleep data. By linking your wearable data directly to the app, your coach can analyze your performance and adjust your training intensity for optimal, safe results.

Progress & Analytics
Watch yourself grow stronger week by week. Your workout history, body composition (weight and body fat), and recovery metrics (like resting heart rate and HRV) are transparently shared with your coach, enabling them to fine-tune your upcoming programs.

Private & Secure
Your health data is safe. Cogeter only requests the permissions strictly necessary to help your trainer optimize your routine (such as Heart Rate, Steps, and Active Calories). All data is securely transmitted directly to your personal coach's private portal.
