I've dabbled in breathwork/meditation apps in the past but this is by far the best one for me and has got me consistently into the practice. I've noticed a lot of improvement in ADHD symptoms as well as some of the best relief from chronic fight or flight I have felt in years and the benefits are still coming. Billions will breathe.

Should be free. I signed up for a trial took one look at it and never used it again, so basic. Got charged $40 because I forgot to cancel. What a waste.
