cannot gain access to the authenticator app to log in. I received an email from support requesting i submit a selfie with my ID and other info on a paper for them to email codes to log in im scared to do this as it seems like fraud. anyone else received this email after opening up a support ticket to log into your account ?

Can't open the app now. Keep showing an error

Locked out due to authentication. I keep emailing Coinlist for help. Yet no response. Their authentication process is not logical. I received an email for backup codes, but in order to get the backup codes you have to log in. I wish they told me this before I logged out. Then they don't respond to emails for help. If I had put my money in their hands before this happened I would be really mad.

What’s new

As we shift toward a more on-chain, non-custodial product experience, token purchases are no longer supported in the app. You can still sell the assets you hold for USDC or USDT, and can continue to withdraw your assets as usual.
