Ratings and reviews

The Customer Support is a disaster. My account was locked and I'm trying for 4 days to unlock it. I went thru the authentication process again (send ID + video), but still waiting. The ID and the video are stored by an external service and they have no idea what's happening with our data after the request is resolved. I asked precisely if our data is deleted once the request is resolved, they have no idea. If you are asked for the password and not sure, change it, don't try many times.

This app was fine for a couple years but most of 2024 had nothing but issues. Every time I login it displays "it's taking a while to load your portfolio due to high volumes. Please try again later". Then when I try buy/sell it errors out. I have tried uninstall and reinstall with no corrections. I recommend a different platform that provides reliable access and control of your money.

Stay away, they deserve zero stars. Worst customer service ever, no number to call, no live chat, they often screw up my withdrawals by sending them directly to my bank which i never signed up for and the bank takes forever to process it instead of sending an email with an etransfer which only takes a minute most of the time. when prices are going up and you want to sell FAST I can almost guarantee that this exchange will be down while you watch potential profits completely disappear.
