I am experiencing difficulties with the app as it keeps glitching, and I am unable to use my card or view my points. This issue is causing inconvenience, and I kindly request for it to be resolved promptly. It would be greatly appreciated if the technical team could address this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. As a matter of fact, this app deserves no stars as this has been happening for months now,

Constantly logs me out. As in, every day. Multiple times a day. Useless. With the lack of phone reception in coles and kmart, it's nearly impossible to log back in to scan my card. Do not have this problem with any other app.

I don't mind the app it's self, I use it all the time and I like the offer's to get points that equal dollars, But the Activity system could be So much better, eg, like the Woolworths app, is great because of that feature. it would be great and very helpful if it actually did a e-receipt of transactions. not just spent and points earned. and when you use a $10 reward, you can't see any other information on that transaction except the date and reward, not even the amount of that shop is shown.
