I usually need to use the app in a hurry at the checkout, with a queue of people behind me. It is not intuitive and takes too long to find the necessary option. Woolworths everyday rewards seems to be very straight forward to use in comparison to flybuys.

An entire year of scanning my FlyBuys card and I've accrued ZERO points! I decided to dust off the FB card, signed up for OnePass, linked my cards and away I went. 12 months later, OnePass up for renewal so I log in to see how I went.... turns out my FB card had been cancelled and therefore no points accrued. FB customer service tell me that there is a known bug that means customers cannot tell their account is closed, it's only displayed internally! Incredible!

We love Flybuys!! It doesn't take long to accrue points and have enough to put towards some fantastic rewards. In our home, we often reflect on the really useful things we've been able to acquire in exchange for Flybuys points: flights, travel luggage, kitchen appliances, home cleaning devices, bathroom appliances and home technology.
