One and a half years on, I wish there was the ability to rate it a quarter star or less!! Seriously they just made it mor difficult by having to choose get dollars off prior to shopping and then talks about a pin yet it has been added to my digital wallet and no call-out to redeem dollars off the shop. PATHETIC. Coles staff couldn't assist (not their fault). To the dumb tech who screwed the APP.. Fix it!!!! NOT IMPRESSED. COLES just lost my custom!!

Up until recently I had no concerns, however, I found my point accumulation had a long delay preventing me from collecting rewards. Further to that, when attempting to communicate this challenge, the AI chat was inadequate in understanding what I had to say. Call this number provided.. oops, no one there to talk to leaving me quite annoyed by the lack of customer service. 🤔 P

I have not been able to log into flybuys for months. Since sometime in 2025. Each time I try, I get sent back to the start of log-in. There's no wrong password or wrong user id notice, just back to the beginning of the log-in screen.
