About this app

The Colibrio Reader is an implementation of the Colibrio Reader Framework, the most advanced development framework for building digital reading systems.

Colibrio Reader supports all of the features in EPUB3, including,

We have chosen to make this app free to all to help people that are looking for an accessible e-reader and to help promote EPUB as a format.

A note to screen reader users, the app works best when used with the Google TalkBack service. Also, for accessibility testers, please turn on TalkBack before you start the app.

It's beautiful like Moon Reader but free and without ads like Lithium! 👍🏼 It can display math formulas correctly. I haven't tried chemical formulas, but I hope it's covered. Definitely better than Lithium. I hope you will add feature to lock orientation to portrait.

Excellent! Suggestions: 1. Don't show a hint every time you open the book. 2. Taps aren't registered for a short period after turning a page which is a tad annoying. 3. The reading progress display could be more subtle. 4. Last line on page isn't justified. 5. Bottom margin on page is varying heights.

Very nice app with some margin to be even better Specially the playback rate can only be increased/decreased in 25%, from 1x to 1.25x and so on. This is too much, nice to have smaller incrments 5% or at most 10%
