I've been playing off and on for 10 years. Recently came back after a pretty long break, and there are so many quality of life updates. I've always appreciated the mix of "free to play" vs. "Pay to win"; you can earn strong monsters without paying, and several easily obtainable monsters are essential to clear content. The rewards are consistent enough to enable all players to build up a roster of strong monsters, and the game guides you through strategies to help you clear higher content.

I have been playing this game on and off from the start but recently got competitive the past 3 years. my account randomly signed me out which I cannot connect back to. ive reached out to customer service providing plenty of information on my account (ive paid a lot of money on this game). Just to be told they can't find my account. I still receive notification of my old guild. it's been 4 weeks and no help. 5 star on the game, 1 star on customer service.

I'm a returning player, have been since I was a teen; and I've got to say that this game has come a long way. It's gotten much easier to play with the repeat battles, interesting dungeon battles, and honestly a fun pvp system. Although there are some things I wish could be redesigned, such as the halls of magic, I think it would be cool to have unique bosses, and maybe repurpose the old ones for an event similar to devilmon events. Also, more 3*s, I'm tired of seeing the same 12 over and over.
