Why does this app need to access other nearby devices in order to work? I'm just trying to talk to my buddy who is in jail. Shouldn't need to sign all your information away to use this app let alone connect to other nearby devices. Make sure you read the terms. Very scummy and devious. Just like our court system. Not surprised. There's also no way to delete the info you share. Inmate sales shame on you.

so bad the visits always get cut off and he who's inside jail can't hear me all the time and I've never asked for my money back or another visit but this is it I took pictures and proved they need to pay me back or add more time for a visit I'm sad I miss so bad crashes all the time they can't hear each other while in progress it skipped it's slow drops us connection failure application errors all the time

scam interface, there is no reason this app should infiltrate 6 different bluetooth devices when I use the app. all my anti virus software set off alarms and virus protections because the app records and leaves data that is unnecessary for a simple video call
