1 Comerica Mobile Banking is available to Comerica Web Banking® customers. Balances and transaction details are only available for certain Comerica accounts. Bill payment can only be done with existing billers set up through Comerica Web Bill Pay®. Comerica will bear the responsibility for any late-payment related charges (up to $50) should a payment arrive after its due date, as long as your payment was scheduled in accordance with Comerica Web Banking Terms and Conditions. 2 Comerica Click&Capture Deposit® is available to customers that have both Comerica Web Banking® and Comerica Mobile Banking®. Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Please keep your mobile deposited paper check(s) in a safe place until the funds are posted to your account, then securely destroy them. Regular deposit fees may apply, see your Account Fee brochure for fee information. Deposit limits and other restrictions may apply per deposit. 3 Must be enrolled in Web Banking and Zelle to use Zelle. Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle. Transactions typically occur in minutes between enrolled users. If a recipient is not enrolled with Zelle, it could take 1 to 3 business days to receive the money once the enrollment is completed. Zelle is to be used for personal payments between friends, family and people you know and trust. We do not recommend that you use Zelle to send money to people you do not know.

Quick Balance is not recommended for shared devices. If you allow others to access your device, they may be able to view your Quick Balance information. You may change this setting at any time.

The app is generally fine. HOWEVER, the mobile deposit has issues. I am unable to take a picture of the check. The photo button does not function. I have no idea why it won't work. If the check needs to have a specific background or a specific type of lighting or whatever that is fine. But it needs to inform the user of that. I just try to set the check on flat uniform surface and take a picture that includes all four corners like it says. But no dice. It's frustrating. Driving to the ATM is not the end of the world but I'd prefer it if the photo function worked properly.

I've banked with Comerica for many years and have no issues with the banking experience. I must say when it comes to electronic interfaces though they lag behind EVERY other institution that I've dealt with. This app used to work and was tolerable, but bare bones. Now it doesn't work at all. It just closes instantly. Also, Comerica doesn't allow their cards to be loaded to Samsung Pay. They seem to be more Apple friendly as at least there you can use biometrics to log in... Not on Android

Used to be an okay app for general banking, mainly used for mobile check deposit since I don't live near any branches of the bank. For the past couple months, however, the app freezes when attempting to start a mobile deposit, resulting in force closing the app. Every time this is done you have to relogin, and after doing it a few times it locks the account (even web banking). This forces you to call customer service to get it unlocked. Very aggravating!
