Everytime there is a routine download to the app it locks me out and i have to call and change my password. This did not work the last time and i currently am unable to use this app.

pretty decent online banking by phone. taking pictures of checks for remote deposit seems a little unwieldy, but it's the only one I've used, so... Never had an issue.

app works well, is simple, elegant, and does all that I need it to do. I like not having to deal with extra gimmicks or junk that I don't want or will never use.
