**FSRS stands for Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler.** It is a next-generation spaced repetition learning algorithm developed based on learning data from over 20,000 users. Differences from the Existing Method (SM-2)

📌 Main Screen Layout



1. Home Screen

It displays the number of cards to review today, the number of cards scheduled for review from tomorrow onwards, and the number of new cards at a glance, and allows you to select your preferred method from "Today's Study / Focused Review / Pre-study / New Questions / Mock Test" modes.

2. Past Questions & Precedent List

All questions are sorted by subject (Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Police Science) and progress status. You can quickly find specific passages or precedents by combining AND/OR or search ranges in the search bar at the top. Each card displays the D-Day, number of studies, number of forgotten items, difficulty level, stability, and status badge.

3. Quiz Screen

The correct answers and explanations are displayed after solving multiple-choice past questions and precedents. Pressing the "Retry / Hard / Moderate / Easy" button causes the FSRS algorithm to immediately recalculate the review schedule for each card. You can check your current progress against today's learning goal via the progress bar at the top.

4. Statistics Screen

It provides visualized charts for daily study volume, card status distribution, progress by subject, and memory retention rate. You can check the number of cards to review over the next 7 days in advance, allowing you to strategically plan your study schedule leading up to the exam.

5. Settings Screen

Along with learning algorithm settings such as selecting study subjects (Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Police Science decks), target memory probability (70–99%), and maximum review cycle (30–730 days), it offers detailed options for backup/restore, record reset, and full data reset.

Target Memory Probability

• 95~99%: Suitable for very frequent review and intensive memorization right before the exam

• Around 90%: Recommended setting, a balance of efficiency and stable memorization

• Around 80%: Suitable for relaxed review and long-term study

Maximum Review Cycle

• Short-term goal for the Police Officer recruitment exam: Set between 30 and 90 days to match the remaining time until the exam

• Medium-to-long-term exam preparation: Set to 90 to 180 days to distribute the review burden

1. Consistently complete only "Today's Study" every day. The algorithm automatically adjusts the appropriate amount of study.

2. It is recommended to press the difficulty button honestly. Think of "Moderate" as the standard, and mark only the past exam questions or precedents that were truly confusing as "Difficult."

3. If your review schedule is concentrated on specific dates based on the weekly workload chart, distribute the burden using "Pre-learning" mode.

4. If the memory retention rate on the statistics screen drops below 80%, it is a sign that your review has fallen behind. Try to regain your study rhythm using "Focused Review" mode.
