Screen doesn't load most of the time. Forgot password doesn't work. Takes too long to respond on login error

Supposed to send email with verification code for 1st time login. Never got email after multiple times. Contacted CWD customer service and said they would notify Tech Support. Got no response. App is a reflection of their company and service. Terrible!!

Simple and useful concept but ... after submitting a service request an automated email response is sent but the request might not get processed by a human. My recommendation, skip this app and CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET SERVICE.
