My orders aren't accumulating any points, the order history doesn't update, sometimes orders aren't sent to the location I chose, you can't change the default location so you have to change it every single time you order, the back button doesn't work, and customer service doesn't pick up. The only solution that a kind employee said was to keep giving my phone number for every order in all locations in person. Hope this solution helps others.

Downloaded the app, then added $20 to my account. I went to place an order through the app and when I tried to pay, the $20 I had loaded was now called "loyalty points". I had to enter how many I wanted to use so I typed $16.78. The balance showed $0 for the order so I clicked "place order" and then I was given an error message, told to contact support and start a new order. But my "loyalty points" now showed 3 instead of 20. So I lost over $16 with this scam of an app.

Such an unstable application useless really it never opens and when it does you can't change the location. Support is mediocre don't waste your time downloading this app it doesn't work, they don't support it, it literally just uses up your phone's storage.
