App works really great with outlook. Can update calendar items on my PC or the app and it's synchronizes great. I've used tasks sparingly and it works for thrm. Contacts also works great and keeps both sized in sync wonderfully. The only thing I've had trouble with is that sometimes the sync will not start or will not finish and I may have to stop /restart, perhaps several times. It happens very sporadically and very infrequently.
I have use this for years to sync Outlook with my Android device. Have had issues with data not automatically updating to the cloud as they say it should. Have to force reread of data from the cloud from my laptop. I recently paid for an upgrade to help alleviate this and it still happens. Other than that I am happy with all the categories and recurring events and I keep it mainly due to recurring tasks and categories in the calendar.
I rely on Deja Calendar absolutely, every day, couldn't function without it. Syncs perfectly with Outlook on my desktop, never experienced even a single glitch, ever, on Note 2, Note 3, or Note 4; KitKat or Lollipop. It's a beautiful app. Much thanks you guys. Edit: And now, March 2018, on my new Galaxy S8. Continues to be a perfect app!
Wonderful application to keep your desktop in sync with your mobile. Reliable sync of Outlook calendar, contacts, tasks and notes. Superb technical support from Nathan on the only small (user error) that I encountered. 5 Stars!
Good app to sync with Outlook The app does not only contacts, but also tasks and notes, and it allows syncs via USB and WiFi, thus avoiding clouds. Support is very responsive and high quality. 1 star deduction for the following issues: the initial setup was painful (lots of lost connections between PC and phone), some settings not really intuitive: I managed to duplicate all my contacts on day 1 due to user error... could easily recover thanks to explanation from support though. Also, while this app is free, the required companion app on the PC is rather pricey, given that all it's doing is to enable syncs. And finally, and rather annoyingly, tasks only show within tasks, but not on the calendar. So you always have to check in 2 places, either calendar and tasks, or calendar and "Today"
I love that I can sync my outlook with my phone without having to pay a monthly email fee. I like it better than the traditional gmail calendar/contacts because I can categorize things, but I've searched high and low for a way to sync between my phone and computer. This is it!
