The app keeps crashing everytime Im in the middle of the verification process after scanning my ID, and the error message displayed says that the app has a bug. It needs some fixing and a new update. Thanks

Can't even get passed verification. Failed to verify 3 times . Also can't close my account without contacting support. When contacted won't get response or takes day before i get response without any solutions.
