The Energy and Mineral Regulatory Commission ensures the provision of safe, stable, durable, and high-quality services at reasonable prices, through the advancement of regulation, control and competition.

The e-government program came within the framework of a high royal vision that aims to improve government performance in terms of service delivery and performance efficiency, and therefore the authority provides a number of services through this application.
