They force you to fill your balance with certain amounts minimum, and when you try to withdraw your balance because YOU CHANGED APARTMENT they charge you 20 NOK "administration fee". Then it takes 4-6 business days to get the money back to your account. Could you please tell me what you are administrating? I am very curious. Whoever is using this system/app is part of the problem. As a developer myself, I would be ASHAMED of your product.

Used to be a decent app, but has become predatory in its features. The newest feature charges a fee if you don't use your booking, which would be fine if it was fair, but it will also do this if you pay for the booked time even a minute after (e.g. if you booked a time for 6 pm and pay to start the wash at 6:01 pm -> takes the "missed booking" fee even though you *did* do a batch of laundry at that time.) This also clashes with the "booking is active until 15 past" feature of the app.

Do not use this app, and connected services. I've paid the due amount of funds stated on the washing machine via application. However this machine then displayed that it is not enough. Firstly I thought it was a technical error, and tried to resolve it through the FAQ, which contained no info about that, and through the Support, which did not respond at all. Better save yourself your time and money, find and alternative
