I'm giving 5 star for the customer service. A couple times a had an issue with the washing machine or dryer not working after I paid. Contacted customer service by email, the answer was very quick, understood the issue and quickly processed the refund. Fast to respond and fast to refund my money. To that I give you 5 out of 5 stars. Great work I never used the app itself so I can give any reviews to that.

Used to be a decent app, but has become predatory in its features. The newest feature charges a fee if you don't use your booking, which would be fine if it was fair, but it will also do this if you pay for the booked time even a minute after (e.g. if you booked a time for 6 pm and pay to start the wash at 6:01 pm -> takes the "missed booking" fee even though you *did* do a batch of laundry at that time.) This also clashes with the "booking is active until 15 past" feature of the app.

Do not use this app, and connected services. I've paid the due amount of funds stated on the washing machine via application. However this machine then displayed that it is not enough. Firstly I thought it was a technical error, and tried to resolve it through the FAQ, which contained no info about that, and through the Support, which did not respond at all. Better save yourself your time and money, find and alternative
