Elevra Operator is the shift companion for housekeeping and environmental services operators on the Elevra platform. Sign in with your employee number and PIN, pick your site and shift, and the app shows the room you are working on and the queue behind it.
WORK THE SHIFT
• The running task sits at the top with Pause and Complete one tap away; the next room starts when you finish this one.
• Start, pause, complete or cancel a room from the list or from its detail, with the reason your site requires.
• Answer the room's checklist as you clean; Complete waits until the required items are done.
• Add a room that is not on your list, quick-add for the common ones.
• Take your meal or rest break and see the countdown; the app tells you when it is time to come back.
• Claim a duty list and work through it.
MADE FOR THE FLOOR
• Works offline. Every action is saved on the device the moment you tap it and sent when the network is back; the queue is visible under Waiting to send.
• The running room and its timer stay in a notification, with Pause and Complete right there.
• Every word is translated on the device in your language — English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Russian and Tagalog — including the room names and notes your site writes.
• Light and dark appearance, and tablet layouts with the list and the room side by side.
