SiteSnep is your construction diary in your pocket. From empty site to finished
house: record the progress of stages, take photos, keep a list of defects and
control the budget - all in one application.

📊 PROJECT OVERVIEW
One screen shows the whole picture: overall progress in percentage, current stage,
remaining budget and number of open issues. Quick actions allow you to add a photo, defect, cost or update progress with one
tap.

🏗️ 9 CONSTRUCTION STAGES
Planning, site preparation, foundation, frame, roof, communications,
internal works, external works, landscaping. For each stage - its
percentage of readiness, status, task checklist, photos and related defects.

📷 PHOTO JOURNAL
Construction chronology in photos with captions and a link to the stage. Search by signature, filter by stage, sort from newest to oldest, switch between grid and list.

🔄 BEFORE/AFTER COMPARISON
Select any two frames and compare them side by side or via an interactive
slider. The best way to see how far you have come.

⚠️ DEFECT ACCOUNT
Record issues with priority (critical, high, medium, low),
status (open, in progress, pending, resolved), stage, deadline and
estimated repair cost. You can attach a photo to each defect - a crack in the foundation will no longer get lost in correspondence.

💰 BUDGET AND COSTS
Compare plan, actual costs and forecast. Visual diagram by category
(materials, labor, permits, delivery, communications, other) and division by
stages. Each expense includes the amount, date, supplier, category, note, and receipt photo. The app will notify you when you spend 80% of your budget.

📄 PROJECT REPORT
A ready-made summary: budget, expenses, balance, forecast, completed stages, open and resolved defects, next milestone, latest photos, and upcoming tasks. Convenient to show to a contractor, partner, or bank.

⚙️ CUSTOMIZABLE
Choose your currency, start and target completion dates, compact cards, display of completed defects, animation when a stage is completed. You can manage several projects at the same time.
