I downloaded the app and followed the prompts to a T. Once I tried to connect the machine to the APP and vice versa neither one worked the way it should have. The app told me that there was a bug so I uninstalled it and redownloaded it again. The app still didn't work. The app would not connect to the machine no matter how many times I've uninstalled it and installed it again. It was a big waste of time. I was better off getting the sleep study test down in house versus at home.

I paid $130 for the Somfit sleep test, followed every single instruction carefully, kept the sensor next to my phone all night, and the app indicated it was recording. The chemist then said the recording “kept stopping and starting” and that I would need to pay an additional $35 to repeat the test. If the system is so fragile that minor connectivity fluctuations invalidate the entire study, that is a technology limitation-not a patient failure. Expecting customers to cover that cost is appalling
