App isn't working... can't access to my rewards through the app...have to use the browser. Can't get the Greggs rewards since the app is not letting me to get access into my account. They told me it would have to be android 8.1 software for the app to work and mine is android 11... still no use. I even mentioned (my mobile model)...they don't bother about it.

Cannot login to my account as the App does not recognise my e mail address and password even though I have reset my password but it still does not recognise my account!!. Cannot claim my hot drinks reward.

Can't claim reward. The message in the rewards part of the app says "claim in the app" which I'm already in but it won't let me! If I could give zero stars I would.
