It Gets it Done! I've used this app two times so far... Once to report a mattress someone dumped in my neighborhood and once to report an abandoned vehicle with expired tags parked across from my house. Totally worked! The reports are anonymous and easy to fill out. I'm a fan of this app 👍👍.
They got it done! I posted about this house that was abandoned and turned into a dump ground the trash was overflowing into city land it was blowing in my yard it was that way for the least 9 months. 5 days after posting my complaint all Cleaned up thanks San Diego!
The City of San Diego slays it! This app is a game changer! It shows the innovative and important work the city is doing to improve services. 5 Stars!
Bees in light pole For months we have a bee hive in a light pole right off a busy sidewalk in our neighborhood. I sent in a msg and bam 2 days later extinguished! It works. This app really works. Thanks City of SD
App is nothing but a smoke screen for the utter incompetence of city management under the current "Weak Link" mayor. . I have made seven reports over the last year. Not one has been completed. - Reported traffic intersection lights with sensors in the ground operating on a timer, not by traffic sensors would pick up. City cancels submission. Action canceled is action completed. - Other complaints carry a "Referred" action status. Meaning it has supposedly been passed on to the responsible agency. Problem is there is no way to tell where in the que it is. - App automatically deletes the day the issue was submitted. This way weeks to months later you have no clue how long it has been. With no submission date, city is off the hook for making repairs in a timely matter. - City willfully failed to post standards for how long the responsible agency has to fix the problem. When you are waiting over one year for a streetlight on during the day to be fixed there is a serious problem with city management. If there is any. Recommend city update the App's title to read. "Get it done? Maybe yes. Maybe no. We don't care. Not our job."
I've used this twice and both times, the issues were closed without comment or resolution. Failed city government in action.
