I think they've done a shockingly great job on this app. the UI/UX is intuitive, uncluttered, and in my experience it's bug-free and lag-free. that's honestly very refreshing especially for a gov't app/website. there's often lots of annoying things even when contracted out. I've not had any issues with GetItDone. kudos to the PDE team.

Incomplete reporting lists vs what is available on the website; for example: no "oversized vehicle" selection for parking issues on app, but on the website "oversized vehicle" is the last option.

I downloaded the app I have written them told them about issues and problems they would write back and say it was already done and it Hasn't been done..... They need a team of people to get the application to work correctly and then they need to not get back to us with a lie... They don't follow through they will say something is done when it's not done..... I reported many potholes never have the potholes been fixed,..... It's been many years now still they have not been fixed.
