Incomplete reporting lists vs what is available on the website; for example: no "oversized vehicle" selection for parking issues on app, but on the website "oversized vehicle" is the last option.

No actions have been taken for any reports given. I don't even think this app can get anything done other than make excuses [edit] Sending a unit weeks after a report just to claim the incident never happened is beyond dereliction.

Please make it so reporters can add After photos (with GPS coords in the EXIF) & close our own reports - instead of hoping someone reads our email we reply to the original report email, before any government employee arrives at the report location. The thing could either be resolved by a non-government employee/contractor or the reporter themselves, especially illegal dumping/litter collection.

This is one of our most requested features, which would also increase the efficiency of our workers in the field.
