Get It Done San Diego is the official app for reporting non-emergency problems to the City of San Diego. App users can report problems like potholes or graffiti and connect directly to the City’s work tracking system.


Walking down the street and see a problem? Take a photo and upload it from home or while still nearby. Get It Done will automatically update the problem report with information about where the photo was taken.

Please make it so reporters can add After photos (with GPS coords in the EXIF) & close our own reports - instead of hoping someone reads our email we reply to the original report email, before any government employee arrives at the report location. The thing could either be resolved by a non-government employee/contractor or the reporter themselves, especially illegal dumping/litter collection.

I downloaded the app I have written them told them about issues and problems they would write back and say it was already done and it Hasn't been done..... They need a team of people to get the application to work correctly and then they need to not get back to us with a lie... They don't follow through they will say something is done when it's not done..... I reported many potholes never have the potholes been fixed,..... It's been many years now still they have not been fixed.

No matter how I try to add photos, the app returns back to the start. Useless if I can't add photos!!! Tried clearing the app cache and app data. Tap new report. Tap add photo, select photo, app returns back to start page, new report. Absolutely useless app!!!! I'd give zero stars if possible.
