new app and reward works decently. navigation could be simplified. not sure why I need to scroll up to go back. also it refused to take my card and I had to re enter it 2 times. the new rewards are clear and easy to redeem. you need to redeem it at time of checkout. don't add it before you order. not even sure why it's an option to be honest. you can look at the rewards and apply it before you order but it needs to be done again at checkout. it's redundant. otherwise the app is fine.

The app was perfect before this recent update. UI is complicated and the new account transfer was unnecessary. Anytime I try to add a combo meal the app buffers for an infinte amount of time. There was no need for this update. The app was very convenient but now it's useless. There is nothing wrong with ordering at a Runza location but you offer an app, it might as well work. Fix this please.

Can't remove items from the cart once you add them! At least there's no obvious way. So I can never complete an order without paying for something I don't want. You can't calculate nutrition values. Heck you can't even see them! Just a vague calorie range. On the plus side, there's lots of pretty pictures of food I can't buy. Brilliant! 🙄
