Know what you have, what sold and what you owe.

Vendor Vault is an offline inventory and sales tracker for small shops, clothing sellers, market vendors and consignment businesses. Manage owned and consignment stock in one place, with no account required.

PRODUCTS AND STOCK
• Organise products by size, colour, material, fit and other variants.
• Record stock received, unit costs and remaining quantities.
• Group stock by supplier and set low-stock reminders.
• Hide discontinued products while keeping their history.

SALES AND REPORTS
• Add multiple products or variants to one sale.
• Calculate stock costs using first-in, first-out (FIFO).
• Record full or partial refunds while preserving the original sale.
• Review units sold, sales revenue and revenue after stock costs.
• Compare monthly and yearly performance and filter reports by supplier, product, variant or seller.

CONSIGNMENT AND SUPPLIERS
• Keep owned stock separate from consignment stock.
• See what you owe suppliers after consignment sales.
• Record supplier payments and track outstanding balances.
• Close and reopen monthly periods with an audit history.

OFFLINE WITH BACKUP OPTIONS
Inventory, sales, supplier balances and reports work offline. Business records stay on your Android device unless you export them or save backups to a folder you choose.

Create and restore JSON backups, enable automatic backups and set reminders to keep a copy away from your phone. Add your business name and logo, choose a colour theme and select your currency. Changing currency does not convert saved amounts.

FREE FEATURES, SUPPORTED BY ADS
All inventory features are free. Banner ads require an internet connection; your stock and sales tools keep working offline.

Google AdMob processes data to serve ads. Firebase provides crash reports and basic usage analytics. Your inventory, sales, supplier, purchaser, payment and backup contents are not sent to the developer.
