Consul Clock In is the automatic attendance app for staff of Republic of Haiti consulates and diplomatic missions. It records your arrivals and departures for you â no check-in button, no timesheets.

HOW IT WORKS
⢠Your phone detects when you arrive at and leave your assigned work site, using a geofence around that single location.
⢠Arrivals and departures are recorded automatically in the background â nothing to tap each day.
⢠Your status is clear at a glance: a green screen means you're at work, navy means you're out. Your daily and weekly hours are tallied for you.
⢠It keeps working even when the app is closed, so nothing is missed.

GETTING STARTED
⢠Open the app, choose your language, and select your consulate.
⢠Enter the enrollment code your consulate gives you â this keeps the app limited to authorized staff.
⢠Grant "Always" location access so attendance can be recorded in the background.
There's no username or password.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
⢠The app monitors only your ONE assigned work site â never your movements anywhere else.
⢠Notifications are generated on your device; there is no third-party tracking or advertising.
⢠Your location is used solely to record consulate attendance and is sent only to your consulate's own server.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
⢠Consulate administrators manage sites and staff and export attendance reports from a secure, key-protected admin area.

Fully available in Haitian Creole, French, and English.
