I can live with the wonky interface. Unfortunately, the system is buggy. It does not properly update status for light bulbs, so it lies and indicates that lights are left on when they are not, and off when on. When sliding the sliders to off, for example, the UI will slide them back on. Stuff like this makes it frustrating to do basic things. It is also proprietary with impossible to find documentation, putting you at the mercy of distributors. I would not choose C4 again.

The absolute least efficient app I've ever had to use. Takes anywhere from 12 to 30 seconds just to refresh the most basic function. Most of the time it just cycles to no end. Tens of thousands of dollars for the backbone, and a useless interface. Back to using manual swishes. I recently bought a second home. I will definitely be looking for another option. Awful!!

Last update broke it. This app used to work well... Very convenient. However, the last update has rendered the app unusable. I'm on a Pixel 4 and now when I open the app, I can select watch TV, which used to bring up the controls for the remote. Now, it just brings up a blank screen with zero controls. It's completely useless now. UPDATE: Somehow the app is working again. I did not manually update the app. Not sure if an update was applied in the backend, or automatically, but all is well again.
