Product CLEARLY says it has ability to use IR &not need TV connected to wifi. During initial setup, it says it "found" my device, then immediately tries to get you to pay $90 for a lifetime subscription. (ummm, not until I know it works) Finally figure out how to skip the subscription for the ad supported, and suddenly, no device is found. It INSISTS on turning on wifi to connect the TV. NO WAY out of that screen to even try to get into settings to even see if IR option is real. Sad 😔 mad 😠

Only for same WiFi, subscribe up front, deceptive. It says that it found a device, just to make you subscribe, but then it turns out, it did not find the device. The devices that can be managed, are the same ones on your WiFi, which defeats the purpose to having an app on your phone to control the TVs on airport lounges, or any public lounge/gym.

deceptive - says it has connected to your tv to get you to sign up, and then when you've signed up you find that it hadn't connected at all. now I'm trying to work out how to cancel. Be aware
