About this app

KinderSign is a mobile app for tablet devices to allow parents and other authorized adults to sign children in and out of care at the childcare provider. All authentication information is instantly available in the system, for up-to-date queries about children in care. Time stamp information is available for time-and-attendance tracking, reporting and of course eventual provider reimbursement.

I would rate it lower but no stars is not allowed. Why change it? IT REALLY SUCKS NOW! NO INPUT FROM USERS

I have never come across such a terrible app before. And don't bother to call the number they give you cause they can't help you either. I am at a total loss as of what to do now and have no idea where to turn for help!!!!

The app doesn't work!! When you open the app to scan the code it doesn't let you do anything else. Once you scan the code parents aren't able to sign in or out. You need to fix the issues asap.

Hi John, to resolve this, please scan the 2nd QR code. It can be found in the report section of KinderConnect, it is called the Provider Mobile Sign In Sheet. Once you scan it, you should see the screen that allows parents to login and sign their children in/out. If you have trouble, please call the support line. They will gladly assist you.
