I have never come across such a terrible app before. And don't bother to call the number they give you cause they can't help you either. I am at a total loss as of what to do now and have no idea where to turn for help!!!!

Different name but still the same horrible software. Always will have issues. You'll be lucky if anyone answers or returns calls from tech support. And if they do. They'll just blame your tablet, or internet connection. And you are left with no solution.

How do I get the screen to show the sign in part on the app? I have to use a cell phone because I'm an at home family friends provider and don't own a tablet with a rear camera. I can't sign them in with the app. Sign out button doesn't work.

Thank you for your review. The issues you describe occur because the app is designed for use on tablets, not phones. The best solution would be to ask the parents & sponsors to start using the KinderSmart (Washington) App, designed for phones. Please contact the support line at 1-844-704-6777 for help on setting up KinderSmart on their phones.
