About this app

KinderSmart is a mobile app for smartphones to allow parents and other authorized adults to sign children in and out of care at the childcare provider. All authentication information is instantly available in the system, for up-to-date queries about children in care. Time stamp information is available for time-and-attendance tracking, reporting and of course eventual provider reimbursement.

Trying to log my child back into my care and the app is saying I have no child to sign back in, but there is an in time stamp. No updates atm, and I cannot reach customer service to help. Please make this app easier to navigate.

Well it was great when it actually worked now for about a month and a half or so it wont let me see an option for signing my child in or out it just has a signature spotandwhen i signit it says warning you must sign in or out. So ive uninstalled it a few times and redownloaded it a few times butnothing is working am i on a blacklist or something?

I switched to a new phone (same number) and now the app simply won't open: it hangs on the splash screen, or shows a blank white (sometimes black) screen. Still happens after a restart and clearing app data.
