I had raised a withdrawal request and the app said the amount will be credited to me in 2-4 days but it's been 2 months and the request is still showing as pending and no money has been credited to me. I reached out to there "customer care" which is just a phone number on WhatsApp and didn't get any response there as well (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the message).

Not replying to any of my messages neither giving me any updates about my orders. First they will pay you for few orders then when you make big purchases they won't pay you. Stay Away.
