Ratings and reviews

Watch was not connecting to the app. Cleared data and cache and reinstalled the app. All I get is a message "Error, something went wrong" and a close button which will close the pop-up. Some time later I was able to login. But iff I try to check my watch connection status or battery status by touching the watch icon in the app it just crashes. 😡

I now have my watch back from repair but I can't use any of the assessments in the app - every time I try to get started the app closes. I was told by "support" that it's because I'm not using Android 8, but my phone doesn't support 8 so I'm expected to just put up with a lesser quality product. Still waiting for the game and IFTTT. Overall, I'm really disappointed and in hindsight would not have backed this.

Loved the very concept and technical features. I got 6 of them last year for gifting purpose ...5 were already dead....the last one has died just now. Wish it lasted a little longer. Issues with either the connectivity or sensors...or both at times. Besides, the unit keeps slipping out of its band...or the strap pops open with accidental brush against random surfaces.
